Prix public : 9,50 €

The International Criminal Court is an international jurisdiction established to try those who violate international laws. This court since its existence has in most cases indicted Africans. These indictments have caused uproar in Africa and has made Africans to want to withdraw from the court. This is spearheaded by Uhuru KENYATTA who was a supposed client of the court if charges levied against him were not dropped. Other Africans who have been indicted include Omar El BECHIR, Mouamar KHADAFI, Laurent GBAGBO and Ble GOUDE and others. Namibia has already withdrawn from the court which she considers, the trials to be biased. African Union is still collectively to withdraw from the court as proposed by the Kenyan President during the African Union Summit which took place in Addis-Abeba.
