Book Description Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education: Quick Vocabulary Handbook, a practical vocabulary learning manual for Chinese language learners, is compiled in strict accordance with the “List of Chinese Vocabulary” in Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education. According to the “three levels and nine bands” of the Standards, Quick Vocabulary Handbook is composed of eight volumes (Levels 7 to 9 are divided into two volumes), and this volume belongs to Level 5, which contains all the 1071 words in Level 5. With 20 words per unit, this volume seeks to turn vocabulary learning into parts and improve the efficiency of vocabulary learning, so that learners can complete one unit of vocabulary learning and practice every day. About the Author Zhu Li is a teacher at the College of International Cultural Exchange, Central China Normal University. She has been engaged in teaching Chinese as a second language for nearly 20 years, whose research mainly focuses on the method of TCSL and the compilation and development of Chinese textbooks, etc. Zhou Biji is an associate professor at the College of International Cultural Exchange, Central China Normal University, and also a visiting scholar at the Department of East Asian Languages and Literature, University of Hawaii. He has taught Chinese language in the Confucius Institute at Carleton University in Canada, Malaysia, and the Confucius Institute at the University of Kansas in the United States.
